Redmi Diwali Gift Ready Redmi 8 Smartphone

            

Renowned for launching budget-priced smartphones, Xiaomi plans to launch its new smartphone - the Redmi 8 - in India on October 9, with the official announcement of its launch now.

ManJain, India's president, tweeted that the new smartphone will be launched in India next week.

The Redmi 8 teaser photo, which was released recently, has revealed that the smartphone will be a champion in the battery industry.  According to the teaser released, the Redmi 8 will pack a battery of more than 4,000 mAh.

The upcoming Redmi 8 teaser also suggests that you can expect better camera department on this smartphone.

The official features of the smartphone are revealed in the Google Play Console, which officially tweeted, and in the teaser of the Redmi 8 smartphone.

In a recent tweet, Jain confirmed that the Redmi 8 smartphone will debut in India on 9 October.  The teaser photo released shows us the camera sensors of the Redmi 8 smartphone.

The dual camera system of this smartphone is clearly visible.  The Redmi 8 teaser also revealed that the smartphone will have better battery life.

Redmi 8 is said to have been found on the Google Play console.  Accordingly, the Redmi 8 will be packed with 3GB of RAM.  It is also powered by the Snapdragon 439 SoC coupled with the Adreno 505 GPU.

The Redmi 8 comes with an HD + (720x1520 pixel) resolution display with a resolution of 320ppi.  The list first appeared on 91 Mobiles site.

According to previous leaks, the new Redmi smartphone will feature a waterproof-style display notch design, a capsule-shaped camera system with two camera sensors, and a "regular" fingerprint sensor on the rear panel.

Apart from this, Redmi 8 is also expected to run on Android 9 Pie based MIUI 10.0.1.3, which is expected to launch in India under four color options - Ash, Blue, Green and Red.

The base model of the Redmi 8 smartphone is expected to come with 3GB of RAM + 32GB at a price tag of Rs.7,999.
