Introducing OnePlus TV Price & Features with 55-inch QLED Display.

The much awaited new OnePlus TV was launched at a launch event in New Delhi yesterday.

55 inch wide display:

The new OnePlus TV has been announced under both standard and Pro variants.  The new OnePlus TV features a 55-inch display.  It uses Quantum LED or QLED display technology.

The TV will have a 4K resolution.  It has a 96 percent DCIP-3 score, and a 120 percent NTSC score, meaning that the new OnePlus TV has received the highest score on any smart TV in the world.  The Gamma Color Magic processor is included in the OnePlus TV as pre-teased

Dolby support:

All content on the OnePlus TV is at a refresh rate of 60 Hz.  The new TV will be powered by Dolby's audio and display technologies. 

Dolby Vision Atmos technology gives the OnePlus TV 40 percent brightness and color accuracy.  OnePlus TV's OTT content includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, Eros Now, Zee TV and more.

Sound system:

The OnePlus TV Pro comes with a total of 8 speakers and a sliding soundbar with 50W sound output.  These TV speakers also have a forward transmission system so that all sounds come directly to you.

The soundbar is automatically turned on in 7.2 seconds when the TV is turned on, and in doing so it makes very little noise, which is precisely 32 decibels.

Awesome Design:

The OnePlus TV is very thin, only 7mm thick and has a screen-to-body ratio of 95.7 percent.

The back has a clean and minimalistic design.  There is a magnetic plate on the back of it and the ports on the TV to move it out.

Software:

There are only a few buttons on this tiny remote controller.  This TV also has in-built screen casting capabilities.  The TV also provides voice-enabled Google Assistant support.

The company has also confirmed that the Android TV updates will be available for the next three years.  The UI of this TV is called Oxygen Play. According to the company, Netflix will have access to the OnePlus TV later this year.  After all, you can connect OnePlus TV to your smartphone with OnePlus Connect.

Pricing:

In terms of pricing, the new OnePlus TV's Q1 55-inch model is priced at Rs.  99,900.
